Embracing The World Auction - Seva Opportunity

This year please join your Brothers and Sisters and Amma in our biggest fundraiser of the year, raising money and fun for the "Embracing The World" annual auction, which is held in March each year.
It is such a big privilege for us to be able to be part of Amma's Beautiful Charity.

Portland Tree Planting

On Saturday, October 12, for the third year in a row, Amma's Portland Satsang partnered with Friends of Trees and joined in a volunteer effort to get 880 trees, shrubs, and wildflowers in the ground in just 2 and 1/2 hours!
Sevites spent the morning planting along the beautiful Tualatin River Greenway which runs through Brown's Ferry Park, which is located on the banks of the Tualatin River.
Satsang members also helped spread 3 cubic yards of mulch to support the tree babies during the future months of heat starting in June.

Seattle satsang members celebrated Onam with a traditional Pookalam and Puja followed by chants and bhajans.
Everyone partook of the Onam feast lovingly prepared by devotees.

| Amma Picture Seva |
Aum Namah Shivaya,
I have been doing Amma picture cutting seva since about 2007. I cut the Amma pictures from the leftover Amma posters and program guides.
The pictures need to be sent to the Amritapuri ashram for redistribution.
I am requesting that devotees travelling to the Amritapuri ashram bring some of the pictures with them, if they are able to.
