Snack Donations for Amma's Tour Staff
As in past years, we will be providing Amma’s hardworking Tour Staff with food/snacks during the programs.

Due to various restrictions, we can only accept certain types of snacks. Snack foods and baked goods (e.g., cookies, cakes, muffins) work well, but we can't accept items that are temperature-sensitive (e.g., nothing that must be kept heated or that needs to be heated up), so please take a look at the below list of foods that will work just fine.

Gluten-free snacks are always welcome because some of the tour staff need GF. If you identify GF snacks by attaching a post-it or note to identify GF items, that would be great! That said, both gluten and gluten-free snacks are welcome!!

Here are some ideas:
  • Nuts
  • Nut butters other than peanut butter
  • Trail Mix
  • Crackers
  • Baked Goods: Cookies, Cupcakes, Cake, Muffins
  • Other baked goods
  • Fresh fruit
  • Dried fruit (e.g., prunes, raisins, dried papaya, mango, etc.)
  • Avocados
  • Lemons
  • Fresh veggies such as carrot sticks or celery sticks
  • Ground coffee
  • Tea bags (black tea or herbal tea)
  • Granola bars
  • GF Crackers or Bread
  • Emergen-C Energy packets

If you would like to donate any of the above, please drop them off at the Welcome Desk at Amma's program. There will be a special container there for Tour Staff Food Donations. To help us with food organizing and ordering, we have created an online form so you can let us know what you are bringing. However, you don't have to use this form if it is a hassle.

Thank you so much for considering this!

Bringing Flowers To Amma's Program?
Every year at Amma's programs, we receive flowers from the homes of devotees and this year we would like to request the following if where possible:

  • If you have cultivated cut flowers for the bouquets offered to Amma, please bring them to the program! We would greatly appreciate this, and it is wonderful to see your flowers being offered to our Beloved Amma.
  • Lavender, Rose, Geranium, Mint or Tulasi are a preferred in the bouquets. Sometimes Amma will stop darshan to smell these flowers.

If you have them in your garden, please bring them to the Welcome Desk for use in this year's program.
Note: Please do not bring flowers to the tables at the entrance to the darshan lines.
