Hotel Options in Bellevue
Due to the overwhelming demand to be in Amma's presence when she visits us in the Pacific Northwest, more hotel options are now available.

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue has made more rooms available at a discounted rate to Amma program attendees. The new rate for these late additional rooms is $219, and will be in the same hotel where Amma is holding her program.

Can you spend an hour or more visiting your favorite locations and hanging posters? You can pick them up at your local satsangs AND we are happy to mail you posters, bookmarks & cards.

During Amma’s Programs
Amma Shop Security Co-coordinator (Need 1)

This fun coordinator position supports Amma’s bookstore sales by helping customers understand the system of purchasing items, while being a visible, friendly presence to help deter theft. You will be one of three coordinators in this position. Requires mindful attention and a pleasant demeanor. You will work closely with the Seva Desk to sign up volunteers.
 
Amma Shop Security Shift Volunteers

Show people cashier locations, direct merchandise questions to staff members, ensure everyone pays for their merchandise, while being a visible, friendly presence to help deter theft. Requires mindful attention and pleasant demeanor. This position involves standing. We especially need Amma Shop Security volunteers immediately after meditation, when Amma begins darshan.
 
Children’s Program

Do you love spending time with children, offering a calm, peaceful, safe and fun place to create, read and play? Are you a parent, grandparent or someone who enjoys connecting with children? We hope you will consider sharing the gift of your presence with the Children’s Program.
 
We are looking for Greeters!

What better place to spend a few hours in Amma’s service! Greeters help make sure those new to Amma, as well as people who have met Her before, feel welcomed, while assisting them along the path to Amma’s embrace. We especially need greeters an hour and a half before Amma's Programs start to shortly after She arrives.
 
Green Team

It is Amma's wish that all Her tour programs be an embodiment of Her teachings to love and protect Mother Earth. She is asking all of us to make a stronger commitment to the environment through awareness, education and example. We need 4-6 energetic Green Team volunteers to help with recycling and composting, who are able to commit to at least one 3-hour shift.
 
Tour Staff Laundry (Need 2-4 people)

Co-Coordinator Needed: This team is looking for someone to train this year to take share the coordination for 2020 programs. Practice chanting your mantra while offering much appreciated off-site laundry seva for Amma’s hard working tour staff. This position includes taking laundry off-site to a local laundromat to lovingly wash, dry and fold clothing. Must be able to commit to a 3-hour shift either Thurs. or Fri. during programs.
 
Western Snack Shop

We are looking for snack shop volunteers who enjoy helping the public, serving delicious cakes, cookies and chai! Food handler card is a plus but not required. (No small children please.)
