Opportunities to Serve Amma

Program Coordinators Needed for the 2016 PNW Tour

Amma Tour Seva
Seva Desk Co-Coordinator - Need 1
If you are an energetic "people person" who likes meeting and recruiting people to help with sevas -- this is the position for you! Your role during the program will be to work closely with the seva team, to determine all the local program coordinator needs for sevites, and then to find sevites to help them out! Arts and crafts skills are a plus to make alluring signs to catch the eyes of potential sevites!
Poster Distribution Coordinator - Need 1
This seva is great for someone who lives in the Greater Seattle area. You will need to pick up posters, strategize poster placements area-wide and coordinate poster distribution to PNW Satsangs.
Local Supply Transportation Co-Coordinator – Need 3
Here is an opportunity to serve a vital role on Amma's Tour by helping with the Local Tour Supplies Transportation Team! Under the sage guidance of Gaurang (Dave) Hohlbein you will be responsible for working within a team of 4 or more to load, transport and unload critical tour supplies. This seva is most active the day before the program starts and immediately after Devi Bhava, but gives ample time to enjoy Amma during most of the program. If you are from out of town, we can provide accommodation the day before and/or the day after.
The good: Every department is benefited directly by your help, and the supplies delivered are essential to the success of the program.
The better: Once the supplies reach the venue (day before the program), you are free. You earned it. Simply sit back and enjoy Amma's program until the very end.
The best: It is you. You are the best. You get A BIG THANK YOU and the entire team’s gratitude for making it happen.
Do you wish to heed this call for volunteer help? Do you have any questions? Please feel free to email: or call at 206.953.6374
