The AMMAZING Devi's New York Cheesecake that sold for almost $250 in the 2015 auction!!!
PNW AMMA Auction on Saturday April 2, 2016
This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for our future MA Center PNW. Let's all work together to make this the best auction yet! So far we have raised $546,700. You are an amazing community. With Amma as our leader it is no wonder! Aum Ma - Visala
The PNW Litter Project originally started because satsang members from various locations were inspired by Amma’s campaign to clean up the trash in India. It began in 2011 with ten members. There is no way to know how many active members we have now, although over the years around 400 people have joined. They are primarily from the Pacific Northwest, but individuals and families from other parts of North America and the world have also signed up.
Litter Project members primarily work individually, but we also have bigger work parties. Our first work party was held on September 24, 2011 in Seattle. Eighteen devotees and their friends participated. Since then there have been work parties in the Seattle/King County area, Eugene, Port Townsend and Vancouver, BC.

Namah Shivaya Dear Friends,
The green buds on the trees and plants are once again welcoming spring to the Pacific Northwest. Come celebrate this annual transformation with us at the Maltby property, the future home of the MA Center PNW.
We will gather to prune and care for the plants and trees enhancing the vision of sweet sacredness to the Maltby property gardens. Muriel Kehl, with assistance from Eswar, will provide guidance and training on pruning techniques. Muriel has many years of experience in managing orchards and gardens. There will be warm food provided for lunch and chai served at the end of the afternoon.
All are welcome to come and help beautify the grounds. No pruning experience is necessary. Jai Ma!

Winter Retreat 2016 at Loon Lake came with Amma's grace, an inspiring satsang with Swami Dayamrita and great weather! People came from as far south as Oregon and as far north as Nelson; doing seva and attending satsang together. It strengthened the sense of community that is gaining momentum and urgency in the Pacific Northwest.
During satsang, Swami answered questions with wisdom and kindness and later people mingled and renewed their friendships. The OM meeting this year had people opening their hearts and minds in the circle and we heard about the exciting plans for the Maltby property.
Everybody went home well fed; motivated in their practice and some lucky folks have the additional memories of canoeing on a magically glassy lake. Everyone is looking forward to Winter Retreat 2017 in Oregon!
